Here are the frame by frame of my animatics. Today, I am going to list out my mistakes and try to learn from my mistakes. By looking through and scrutinizing my animatics, I can find out some of my mistakes and allow myself to improve. In general, my animatics failed to show proper timing. It did not manage to show the rough timing for each action. In addition, the staging is poor; it is hard to interpret accurately what is going and the it is boring. I did do some research after I found out about my poor staging and I found out that it is advised to have a three point perspective so as to keep the frame dynamic and interesting. There were also some continuation errors (E.g When the character enters the alleyway and looks out). In addition, the way the character holds the gun is in accurate and some of my perspectives are wrong. I could also have removed one guard so as to prevent more unnecessary work. The character should either find other means to safely reach the ground after jumping from the window (E.g Using a rope), if not, land properly. It was pointed out that in order for a person to safely reach the ground after jumping from a high height, the person would have landed in a certain way. With this, I went to look at some references and here is an attempted frame by frame jump reference that I found:

The way the person landed is definitely different. There was a lot to learn from my mistakes and hopefully I can learn from it and improve.
